Facility is nice too bad the employees behind the sale counter are the rudest human beings I’ve ever encountered and it’s not just a one time thing. This last time the lady with no hair was rude and said something snarky then I continued to look around for another 20 minutes just for her to tell me she wasn’t selling me anything when I was trying to purchase 2 rifles and some magazines for my pistols.

I visited the other day with my sister. I’m a somewhat experienced shooter, but this was her first time. We met Greg, an employee behind the gun rental counter who was happy to help us, and guide us in choosing a rental that would make sure she had a nice time. He suggested a .22 AR-15, and 50 rounds of ammo. The gun was light, very little recoil, and low difficulty to learn how to use it. Greg knew what he was talking about and really helped my sister feel comfortable holding a firearm for the first time, stepping way beyond common decency. There was also an exceptionally helpful RSO who helped us both out and encouraged her. She had a great time and we’re looking forward to our return visit.

Very nice shooting range with great people and awesome service. The Process to book a one hour shooting range on the spot was good and smooth.

Google Maps Questions area is place for customers to ask questions of other customers about a place or service? Sometimes the establishments do troll for questions here, but not often (in my experience). Best bet to get a real answer is to contact the place directly.
I used my driver's license and that's it.
18 by yourself is a safe bet.
Yes. We will open at noon on New Years Day and close the day before at 6pm. If we are not busy by 5pm on New Years Eve, it is possible the doors could be closed sooner. merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Yes, you can shoot an AK, but all ammunition for rifles must be purchased from CSA. They will check and verify you have no rifle ammunition before you can enter range.
One magazine, but you have to purchase all of your own ammo. Magazines do not come loaded
Yes. Handguns are $17 for an hour, rifles are $22 and fully automatic machineguns are $35. Plus you must purchase the ammo here.
Yes you have to buy their ammo (about $9) and send your target out to max range distance, which is 25 yards.
Yes, there is an armorer who can repair firearms. Best to call and verify times he is available.
yes
Only for a minute at the rental counter, not on the range. We have to watch the range to keep it safe. If you somehow lucked out and were on the range by yourself, I’m sure that would be okay. Maybe you could share a lane with someone who already knows how to shoot? You could take a private lesson though! This would need to be pre-scheduled. I hope this helps!
Right now, we are only selling 9mm for range use. Not for takeout purchases.
You should call them. I don't believe so.
GUN TRANSFER FEES NON-MEMBERS $50.00 $20/ per gun thereafter within same transfer MEMBERS $25.00 $10/ per gun thereafter within same transfer NFA TRANSFERS $75.00 per gun
You may wish to call them. This is a Google forum.

$25 an hour for the lane rental. Not including anything else you might want. Kind of al a cart, so if you have everything then nothing else, but if you need anything, they can offer it.
Yes, they have a rental counter with everything from revolvers to .45 caliber handguns, rifles and even a few machine guns all for rent. When you rent a gun you can exchange it up to 3 times for the one cost unless you move up in the line (pistol to machine gun is upgrade). You will however have to purchase the ammo there to use in their guns for liability reasons.
Not necessarily. However communicating with them about a transfer or purchase usually is a good thing.
You can do concealed carry classes, but the permits are issued via city/county you live in.
Ditto. I've seen all the ranges including the tactical one downstairs and haven't seen anything for archery.
10 as long as a parent or guardian is there to sign waiver.
So meaning no shotgun nor AR-15's?
not sure. I went in and shot a few call of duty semi call and ask very helpful staff and informative
If you're under 21 years of age you cannot buy pistol ammo at the range. But you can bring your own pistol caliber ammunition to shoot.
No permits are required and no formal classes, however the 8 minute safety video is required to be watched.
Yes. 12 gauge is slug only and AR ammo must be purchased there.
Black Creek Gun Club in Hanover Co. has 50 and 100 yard ranges. It's private, but membership is very affordable.
You can bring your own handgun ammo! No tracer, armor piercing, steel core, buckshot, birdshot or cast ammunition is allowed. Rifle ammunition is available for purchase for personal firearm use on the range. External rifle caliber ammunition is unauthorized and will result in immediate dismissal from the range without refund. Safety concerns and costly repairs are caused by unauthorized rifle ammo being used on the range. Please do not bring pre-loaded rifle magazines as the ammunition will not be allowed. All rifle magazines are subject to inspection at the range counter. If you are unsure if the ammunition is authorized, feel free to ask a Range Associate. Competitive market pricing on rifle ammunition is available for purchase. All centerfire ammunition must be jacketed or semi-jacketed except slugs. Maximum rifle is 30 caliber (.308 and 7.62 are acceptable).
The range will allow anything .30 cal and under, so your 7mm should be ok. You will have to buy their rifle ammo, so best bet is to call and A) check availability of required ammo and B) verify they are indeed ok with a wildcard round.
TRANSFER FEES NON-MEMBERS $50.00 $20/ per gun thereafter within same transfer MEMBERS $25.00 $10/ per gun thereafter within same transfer NFA TRANSFERS $75.00 per gun
