I JUST left from a shi;:t “orientation. I signed abs received 3 texts from someone named Clay. Minutes before orientation tine at 10 he says “text me when your coming thru the door” I respond “will do”. I go through the door and NOTHING from this “Clay” person. I’d like to think it had nothing to do with me being a black woman, but …. Another gentleman approaches and ask am I there for the challenge. I respond yes. This guy tells me to sit at the table, he comes with papers and just starts talkn about meal prep and the registered dietician. I had to stop and ask “who are you” bc I was simply business, not a person. Very disappointed and it showed on my face, funny thing is this guy (Bernard) then asked if I had insurance and tells me they can help pay. It wasnt about the payment, but your shi&!y customer service.

35 bucks a month and every year a 1 time fee of 20 bucks to improve the gym it's a yearly contract and after the first year you can stop anytime

Every standard gym contract I've ever signed says you must move more than 30 miles, provide documentation, or have Dr orders to medically cancel. Other than that there is probably a penalty that is probably close to what would be owed anyway.
No parkour that I'm aware of and I've been a member for 17 months
