Check engine light came on two streets away from them after they changed my oil and oil filter. Seriously? Thanks a lot, I instantly lost $150 more to take the car to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Synthetic Oil EVERYWHERE! Went to get an oil change at approx 3pm with tire change, guy said it was going to take 3 hours, they had cars ahead etc. So we waited. Vehicles were done (took two) and upon getting into the vehicle I noticed the steering wheel was oily and center console was oily had a glob of oil on it from the mechanics elbow! A day later I started smelling burnt oil. Some online forums say in some cases it's normal after Subaru's Ascent's to smell like burnt oil after an oil change. So I looked underneath the car the second day I noticed oil dripping. So out of curiosity I open the hood and lo and behold there is the oil cap just sitting there and the engine covered in oil.

My husband and I purchased tires online,when purchased was told it would be no more than an hour wait to install new tires. I have now been here for 3 hours and I'm STILL waiting. I'm pretty sure they skipped me without notice. It took me walking outside to see that my car was parked and to tell the front desk associate that I knew there were two cars ahead of me but since then there are more and more people coming and there cars are being worked on before mine. She politely apologized. Had they been honest with me since the beginning I would have made other arrangements than to sit here for 3 plus hours.
