Waiting in emergency room for 4 hours, still haven’t been seen. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and positive with Covid. Having breathing issues, they said my fluids were low yet I have been asking for water and are ignored. I told them I was going to just go to another hospital and was told they will bill me anyways even though I haven’t been seen by a doctor. No meds have been given, nothing has happened. I see nurses everywhere and no one can get water. They are all just talking at the nurses station with their masks off, hugging eachother and talking about their Starbucks coffee. Should be illegal to bill if you leave because 4 hours waiting while pregnant with no water, how can you bill for this???

My husband R. Lesch was in the hospital for 4 1/2 days. Excellent care from all nursing shifts. I just want to say "Do these great nurses, custodial personnel get extra funds for special shoes to help them do their jobs. I watched the staff walk the long halls and they all look like their feet and legs are tired. They deserve to get resources to get proper shoes. My mother nursed for 32 years and ended up with leg problems. Please give your nursing staff and custodial personnel extra funds to get proper shoes. Thank you

This has been my hospital for years and between myself and my kids we have had our share of trips to ER, although, aside from childbirth, a few weeks ago was the first time I had been admitted. I went in to ER at about 2:00 a.m. with severe abdominal cramping. Within 2 hours, my lab work was done, they had done a CT scan and I had been given something to alleviate the pain. Shortly after, I was transferred to a room. From the time I checked into ER until the day I was discharged, every nurse, doctor, tech, etc...I came in contact with was professional, compassionate, informative and attentive. My room was spacious and clean and although my diet was very limited, the food I did have was surprisingly, pretty good. Before I left, my nurse went over my discharge instructions and medications with me and answered all of my questions. She had even set up future doctor appointments for me. I am shocked by the amount of negative reviews because of a long wait. Be mindful, the wait time in ER is dependant on different factors. It may be a busy day, and although you may be in pain, somebody that came in after you may have a life and death situation so they will probably have priority. I think any hospital would hold true to that. On a side note, my dad was admitted a few days after I was discharged and ended up having to have back surgery. Both he, and my mom were extremely happy with the whole experience as well.

Tuesday April 5th there was a blonde white women working the check in desk with her bangs parted to the side with a burgundy scrunchie, short hair, grey pants blue long sleeve top was one of the most rudest people I ever encountered. The way she treats people and patients was just pure horribly nasty. I understand ER's are insane and yes staff is overwhelmed, but there is ZERO EXCEPTIONS for bad bedside manner and not treating people with genuine respect and dignity. She barked at EVERYONE to wear a mask but at 10:45pm there is a male nurse or associate wearing an underarmor hat with his black face mask hanging from one ear sitting behind the counter with her laughing having a good time telling stories. Meanwhile she continues to bark at everyone in severe sickness and pain to wear theirs above their nose! At 3:30am there was an incident with a patient who came in with diarrhea allover herself and this same lady could have rolled her to the bathroom but instead let her mess herself infront of the entire lobby :( then at 3:39am she throws her hands up basically yelling about the incident and saying "great there's diarrhea on my shoes" and thank God for "Gunner who saved her shoes" for everyone to hear her disrespect this poor lady. I was completely uncomfortable and 2 other patients checked out of the ER lobby because how uncomfortable the situation was. You decided to become a nurse lady. YOU SIGNED UP FOR THIS. Diarrhea is part of the job and kindness, patience and understanding. I think you need a new career and I am absolutely appalled they would have such a person working there treating people that poorly. She continued to loudly talk about sad patient incidents for everyone to hear throwing her arms up with such disrespect and attitude. Absolutely ZERO COMPASSION. I truly dont understand how she is employed with such attitude and unprofessionalism. What happened to patient confidentiality ... you just sit around making fun of people's emergencies?! True shame on you! I will pray for you!! I gave an extra star because my doctor I got was awesome and kind. I was being seen for miscarriage complications and was there for about 7-8hrs. Got an ultrasound and got answers. I also appreciated the fact that they let my husband stay with me the entire time. Good luck to anyone who visits this ER.

If you go to our website at https://www.sarh.org/about_us/contact_us/phone_numbers/ there is a great resource of phone numbers you can direct dial and reach who you need. I did a quick look and found a few phone numbers that will help you out: Maternity Pre-Admitting Liaison 909.920.4826 Labor and Delivery 909.920.4912 Maternity 909.920.4910

Don't k call the Hospital
Yes you can
Every ER wait time varies drastically and will change through the entire day. However if it's a basic minor drainage that might help your total turn around time. With that said it will still probably be several hours total. Hopefully shorter. Possibly longer. Good luck.
You can pay the bills at the main entrance of the hospital. When you arrive at the front desk, you will need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours. You will be directed to the office where you can make the payment. You can also pay a bill online at https://sarh.org/bill-pay
I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean PET and CT scan?
I waited about 2 hours, for a non-COVID related issue.
You don't need an appointment, however expect to stay for numerous hours. There is a chance of being there for 6+ hours
