Just recently started playing golf about a month ago. Got some used clubs and have been learning about the game. I came into this store for the first time because one of my clubs was too long for me. I found out that you can cut down and even add length to your irons. So I came here to get my iron cut down. It was 2.5 inches over standard size from what the tech told me. He cut it down the shaft to standard length for me and was even able save and reused my grip. As of 7/92020. It was $3.99 to cut down the shaft & $5.99 to salvage and re-grip the club. If they weren't able to salvage the grip they told me I wouldn't have to pay the $5.99. Great store and great service. Also only took 15 mins to get all the work done.

I was in last week to look for a new putter and Paul Bayhouse was helping me. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different putter styles. Later I was in one of the simulator booths and Paul walked by and stopped for a moment and made a slight tweak to my swing. My friend and I drove back to Monterey to play 9 holes and I was blown away, that tweak got me onto the greens in two! Thank you Paul for walking by and stopping to give me a tip, it has completely changed my game.

I had some issues with my driver as the regular flex wasn't working for me that I bought online. Paul was amazing to work with me, figured out a solution that went above and beyond to what they should do. Oh and in the middle of all this gave me awesome golf tips. Best customer experience at a golf shop, by far

The staff is friendly and they had everything I needed. I need to first explain that I'm 5' 10", the reason I took off two stars is because the guy at the custom shop didn't ask me if I'd want women's irons... Which I don't. I use men's golf clubs because of my height and they work great for me. Women's clubs would not work for my height at all so I was surprised that he selected them on the computer. I would think that everyone working at a golf store would know that and that it would be clear since I'm taller than he is. It made me wonder if they were taking me seriously or trying to rush me out after making this sale.
