Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant at first due to the fact they don't have insurance you can buy for their rentals. But after speaking with Max, I was able to trust them a little more and give them a shot; and glad I did. Rented a single Honda jet ski for a Friday-Monday long weekend. They without a doubt have the best rates around. I was also able to pick up the ski Thursday night for an acceptable added fee. The ski was in great looking condition and the engine compartment looked even better. Started her up for a few seconds and it sounded perfect. No problems getting the trailer hooked up and off I went. This thing was fast. For as old as this ski was and being a rental, it performed as if it were brand new. There are brand new $17,000 skis that don't go as fast as this one did. Our whole party had a great time with this ski and did not have any issues. Return was simple and no issues were brought up. I did treat their ski with care and returned it how I got it. Enjoyed talking with a few of the employees during pick up and return and would not hesitate to rent from these guys again. In fact, the ski that I rented, I might be buying from them. That's how well they keep their rentals.

A quarter size scratch will cost you $1500, if the guys feeling generous enough to give you a 50% discount. Then the guy tells us “we won’t even fix the scratch and we sell them after one season”. Way to rip people off for your gain. Go to Facebook market or other sites to rent jetskis. We found a guy who delivers and picks up.

Great experience! I rented one of their personal water crafts for the weekend. It was affordable and the bike ran fantastic! Working with these guys isa pleasure; smooth and efficient. I will be back soon to rent one of their other fun vehicles! I highly recommend renting from them!

Absolutely love Orchard City . I can admit I am Not the easiest customer to work with but Sean was so patient and made every accommodation for my rental dates, times and toys. Their costumer service is really second to none . Will continue to use Orchard City on all future rentals !
