What is Mitt Kenbo Stew? Did you fix it? Another Ethiopian restaurant has Mitt Kenbo Stew. Your stew is a very good restaurant. Make adjustments to the food. Nice food.

Spacious, effective ambience & decor, delicious food. I have a food intolerance to pepper. I appreciated that not all dishes were ridiculously spicy. We ordered the meat combo, veg combo, and a lamb dish. They make their own tej.

You are going to have to ask Katenga about that kind of question. Its not a matter of the culture of the food, but of the way that each resturant prepares it. You cannot say that Ethiopian food is organic, but you can't say that it is not either, its just too broad of a question. Hope that helps.
