The indoor settings look fancy and there seemed to be plenty of selections. However, the service could be better. The first time I walked in, I tried on the jacket briefly. The waist area was a bit baggy and they say they won't alter the specific part. They may be able to alter other parts. The second time I walked in (it was a weekday and no appointment needed according to their website), they wouldn't let me try on the full set, said I already tried the jacket last time, unless I place an order. But how am I supposed to decide to place an order without seeing how the clothing fits on me? They ended up recommending me to a sister store claiming I could have try-ons there. When I called the store they basically have the same rule as this one.

If you need a tuxedo in the Bay Area, Tuxedo Fashions is the place you need to go to! Israel is a MASTER at his craft. I had a bit of a complicated situation, with some groomsmen living in Norcal and some in Socal. It wasn't a problem at all. He had me fitted and a group order set up in no time. The customer service here is UNMATCHED. All their suits and tuxes are in-house, and any alterations, sewing, etc. is done on the spot during pick-up (only if needed, my tux fit perfectly). A big thank you to Israel and the crew at Tuxedo Fashions! Great people over there.

Visited place a few weeks ago and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lady there looked like she didn't want to work. Very rude and not helpful at all. Unlike other places, they don't let you try on the suit with the full attire including the dress pants and the dress shoes. My fiance was trying to see what he would look good on and it was very hard to get a full picture with him only trying on the jacket. We decided to go with another place in the area. There are better places in the same area!
