Update: Confirmed Scammers. Months after this review I got an e-mail notice saying my credit wasn't good enough to get an apartment. My credit rating is "excellent". Confirms my suspicion early that their business model is to scam people for applications fees. No one gets back to you. I think they're just scamming people for app fees at this point. My fiancé has left messages with multiple people all saying they'll have a leasing agent get back to her right away and they never have. She's tried calling for weeks and leaves messages with people in the office who don't know any answers to any questions and will always say I'll either call back or have a leasing agent call you. Never got one call back and it's been weeks almost month since we've applied to an apt that still says it's available even now. It's pretty disgusting to keep apartments online that say available online when they're actually not and have people pay App fees fruitlessly. like I said they're literally just scamming people at this point.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone via phone or email for literally weeks in regards to renting an apartment. Nobody answers emails, nobody answers the phone. It's insane.
