Very poor management communication and treatment of residents. The apartments have poor construction and you can hear EVERYTHING. I could hear my upstairs neighbor from morning to nighttime. Would not allow me to transfer apartment (even with paying) I was told that I would need to either downgrade or upgrade even though there were apartments available. Had workers connecting to my personal wifi while doing a maintenance visit. Even moving out was a hassle even when I did everything they stated in the check out document. Moved to a different complex and difference is day and night.

This is an amazing property, the complete. renovation is on point if you are looking for a new place to call home make this your destination. Washer and dryer is every unit included in rent. Beautifully landscaped behind control access guarded gates, sparkling pool with outdoor cabana for relaxing. Stop by and look at all Via Tuscany has to offer you will fall in love as I did.

One of the worst! Stay away from here, take your money with administrative apps and fees! To keep the money! They are discriminatory! They don't report why they deny and for them to answer it's a problem, they say that their offices are in California and they take the money and after more than two weeks they don't respond! They are looking for their money in fees! Look for another side. And there is no confusion! I had to call to ask for an answer and also that the return of the money takes 2 to 3 weeks! absurd And there is no confusion! Lived here from April 2021 to May 2022 the first 6 months was amazing then the leasing office lost an employee named Peter and the whole management front office crumbled.Iam a very respectful quite person who paid rent on time and leaves everything and everyone alone.Beware of their policies completely before you move in,we tried to have our daughters birthday party at the pool,a month before this we went in the office to ask how much to rent the pool area ,the office claimed to me first come first serve.I had family total about 8 people fly from 3 different parts of the country,15 mins before we are about to cut the cake the office management and staff tell us we have to end this party now,ready for this all that money you are about to pay, 2 guest at pool max for everyone in the complex they claim but I tell you they favor people big time ,so just wanted to share my experience and hopefully help some people out. After that at pool they called the police on me during my 11 year old daughter birthday for zero reason, police even said was waste of their time.Office worker told me I ain't the one .So at that moment I realized I will never give these rude people another dollar in my life ,so I leave in 3 weeks .They had 3398 of my money and it's been 5 weeks no word .save your money and move elsewhere don't be tricked by the image and fake people in office .
