I called 2wks the weekend of 4th and was headed there a hour away with no appointment they were on a short schedule this Sat and spoke with Pamela Hubbard she warmley greater and accepted us right away! She got us in and got our process started and we are on our way........ I do recommend when dealing with factory expo make sure you read all, I mean all documents before signing and do pay any money until necessary and when it's appropriate to do so! No matter the rush read ,ask questions and understand the process and procedures!We were headed to the one in Rocky Mount VA until really found this one in Lillington NC and now questions if we would have gotten better results. We weren't quite ready to go through the the process and we were dealing right at a month and had gotten as far as an approval and colors! Paid 8000 down and lost a 1000 when we backed out the deal! I'm pretty sure there are a better day and deal ahead!

So far me and my wife have had a great all around experience with Factory Expo Homes. Pamela Hubbard was our main Housing Consultant and she answered every question we had as well as got the answers if she didn't know something. She took the time to show us the home we were interested in that was on the lot, and gave us time to look at the other homes as well. The entire staff within the office, Keren Hernandez and Sheila Miller were very helpful through the process so far. I would highly recommend Factory Expo Homes if you are looking for alot of home for not a huge price.

Hey Shirley, if you go with factory expo in Lillington just be wary that the model homes they show onsite is not exactly what you will get in the end. Take notes and make sure to keep documentation on upgrades you choose and any changes etc made. Be diligent and dont take anyone's word for it - Get it in writing! ;)
Ours is the double wide Olivia model. The floor plan is amazing and had the partial covered porch.

Homes are base prices, then u can upgrade. Or not. Thus far we r very happy w our purchase. ( We had our own land. )our utility bill has been , despite triple digits summer and 2' snow last winter (VA) between 50-80$. Electric heating. We are very happy latoya. I hope u can find one u like! They let u design u own from their base models.
Hi Heather - Long ago, Champion Factory used to be called Titan Home Builders, but they no longer are. They've been operating under the name of Champion Home Builders since Factory Expo Home Centers joined forces with them back in 2008. Hope that answers your question! Let us know if not.
A repo or used home please; a double wide, 900 to 1000 square feet, 3 bedroom, 1.5 or 2 bathrooms, and must qualify for HUD and FHA.
Every home placement is unique and the pricing for delivery will vary greatly from project to project. The best way to find out your total "all in" cost is to pick out a model and have everything quoted for your specific situation.
