Rode with HARTS twice and the drivers were nice and on time although there was always a problem with scheduling. My ride always either got cancelled or I was told I was never put on the schedule. One of the staff that schedules the rides is rude whenever I have a complaint or problem that needs to be called. HARTS is a VERY unreliable form of transportation, might as well not even try.👎

I have been riding since Jan and now whoever does the schedule has them picking me up later and later. I am a dialysis patient with a scheduled chair time of 11: 30. The lady was rude and snobby. I would not recommend to use this service unless you absolutely have to. Due to their mess up of scheduling I will not get my full treatment.

Did not pick me up for an appointment my appt was 9:40 called Hart's at 9:15 driver said I was a no show told a lie on me . my neighbor was at my house and can vouch for me..smdh
