Was 3rd owner of a 85 Champion 2 bdr, 1bth, large wall windows in kitchen. Awesome in 2005. Painted, patched many picture nail holes, and was beginning on laying the cardinal red carpet with breezeway blue painted walls, sea pastel green walls in large bdr.and bright yellow on 2 walls and white on 2 walls bdr 2( sun shines bright thru lace long curtains. Original carpet in excellent condition. Counters in immaculate condition also. Beautiful single wide.

I do not recommend a Champion home to anyone! We bought one in Aug.2021 and still have not had all of the defects repaired. We have complained about bad paint from the beginning and and eight months after we bought it, we are told the homes only have a “base coat” so now we have to repaint the entire home! Cracks in the walls. Leaking window, Gunk all over door knobs.Cabinet doors and drawers not set. Shower pan paint came off when washed with 409. My small grandson grabbed the kitchen sink and it came out about 1 1/2 inches. Bad places in the floor. Bottom of cabinets not trimmed out. It’s a shame you don’t a certain amount of time to return a home. This would be gone. Don’t buy a Champion. I can show you pictures!!

You would need to contact a lot, or factory direct sales office for that answer...I only escort the loads
They allow felons to work here and then when they hit you and you dont fight back to try to keep your job , they fire you . the conditions of this place is way under OSHA code . you can get killed or badly injured because of the lack of safety . They don't care about their employees and will force you to work other peoples jobs who are favored by them . so ultimately you are working 5 jobs while most of the workers stand around and talk . If / when you are injured they beg you not to go to the hospital for their own safety. No matter how hard you work and how many peoples jobs you do , or how early you come in OFF THE CLOCK to start so they can be ahead , you will get fired if you are not from the Anderson creek clubs or already been there 15 years . They have all the black people in one spot and the mexicans in another . I would say they are racist . or acts as though they are when something happens
