What type of employees do you all have working there, very rude,insufficient and judgemental. I pay my taxes so when or if assistance is needed be kind and treat us all equal. Do better or offer me a job, change the way how you all treat people in need. Ok carry on

The people at this office make up they're own rules and not what's in black and white not only that I have to pay back a mistake they made that I had no clue of until they told me if these people paid as much attention to what they are doing as they do my case I assure you that mistake wouldn't have been made.

They really just need to FIRE everyone and start over. No one picks up the phone. When you leave a voicemail no one calls back. When they do call back they will literally let the phone ring once and hang up. Sorry service

This place absolutely SUCKS. I have had two very awful child support case workers. I have an almost 3 year old and have only just started receiving support of only $50 a month this January. I emailed and let them know I have not been receiving the checks or gotten a card yet and my case worker Danita Lee took over 7 days to respond to that email and the situation still has not been resolved. On top of that I was supposed to have court tomorrow and she calls to let me know the day before that’s it’s being canceled and rescheduled for over a month from now. She did not apologize only blamed other people for this error. Before her I had miss Marie Blake who threatened my daughter’s dad that he “better have a job by our next court date”. What is wrong with these people?
