Rack Room Shoes (Mayfair) is by far the best shoe store in Wilmington. Although all store reps are kind , there is one rep (Amanda) who is awesome! Everytime my wife and I go in we are treated well and given the best service. The store does get crowded, but the service is exceptional! It is on list of places to return.

The customer service and selection here are outstanding! I felt like the prices were a little high and figuring out what was included in the BOGO sale was very confusing.

The idea of assistance in a shoe store must be obsolete. There were staff throughout the store, but not one asked if I needed help. If it wasn't that I really wanted to try a pair of Crocks I would have walked out without making a purchase. I am enjoying my shoes, but will find some place else to purchase additional pairs.
