Absolute worst company to ever deal with. All customer service reps are extremely rude and unprofessional. They constantly lie and do not make sense of the charges held on the account. We were up-charged ridiculous amounts of money when a payment was not processed properly causing our gas to be turned off without warning of an issue on the account. Stay away from this company if possible!!!!

Had we not been lied to we would have never rented a place with gas in the first place. The customer service reps are just entirely useless and prices are absolutely ridiculous. Shame on the rental company for lying about the house being updated to electric and shame on peidmont for being a million times more expensive than electric. $100/month for hot water and heat. Insane.

As a first time customer, I am very disappointed with this company. First they fail to communicant with they're customer's also they lie about your appointments ( I have proof screen shots and recording ). Very slow logistics. Only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because they are the only company...

So tonight our neighbors called the fire department because they smelled gas. It ended up being our house and Piedmont got right here very quickly. The problem was resolved in 30 minutes or less by the technician Jean. He was extremely helpful and polite and I couldn't have asked for a better technician to take care of us tonignt
