I am writing this review almost 3 months after I last met with John for my 6 sessions. I felt really good after. But wanted to see how I kept doing after a time. I am impressed. I had some issues of anxiety, anger that I really needed help with. I am forever grateful for his help. I was given the tools to keep helping myself and to feel more at peace. i have struggled with anxiety for a very long time, i was having a hard time going out in public after the pandemic, attending concerts & hanging out with people. it was impossible for me to the point where my hands would freeze and my body would go paralyzed, it would get to the point where i would have so much anxiety i would start puking non stop. i did not want to resort to taking pills to help my anxiety because i did not want to depend on a pill to help me get though my day. i found hypnosis and i have NEVER BEEN SO THANKFUL FOR SOMETHING MY ENTIRE LIFE! with hypnosis and the tools i’ve provided had improved my quality of life beyond levels. i can attend concerts without panicking. i can hang out with people without feeling sick to my stomach. i now have the tools and resources i need to help me get through my anxiety and i’ve learned to rewire my brain and learn the secret of feelings. i’m so beyond thankful and i will forever recommend hypnosis to anyone who is struggling and to know that there are ways to help your pain without prescribed pills ❤️

I originally gave a rating of 3 stars, due to my experience with Amy. Which was a rushed, not personable, and very sales pitch-like experience. I was not too happy about that. Not too long after, John reached out to make things right, in hopes that I'd change my rating. I went back for a second time, this time John made it more personable, but right after our session, he wanted me to change my rating right then and there, and waited there until I changed it. I've had some time to think about it, and my review stands at 3 stars. I got a great deal through Groupon, their office was clean, and the experience was relaxing. But I felt that both Amy & John had a hidden agenda during both visits. Amy's was to get me to purchase a package that included more sessions, and John's was to get me to change my review.
