Discount Tire

I have been going to a few tires store before, but the best one is Discount Tire. From here on I probably won't go to other stores accept Discount Tire. They are friendly, give you out to door price, never push you to spend more, and they are very good at getting your car out on time. Highly reccomend this location.

Good customer service. They were ready to discuss options and spend time to make me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make when choosing tires without rushing me through. Accessibility was a bit tricky having had to go through the 7-11 entrance to get to the shop but that may be an issue only for the first timers. Not an issue but just that we normally expect an entrance next to a huge sign and there was none. Discount tire shop apparently welcomes any drive by for a tire pressure check. That to me personally is pretty helpful given the proximity.

I waited an hour before they got me into the bay. I just needed a tire leak fixed. Several people arriving after me were done before. I think they forgot about me.

Short staff, they can't take care of an issue with my tire that the discount tire at 5600 wasn't able to fix, I was told to bring it at 5, which I did them another person tells me it will be done until 6:30, no communication, bad repairs, I am driving my car with the risk of an accident, awful experience.
