I was told by his office, Dr Miles retired beginning of this year 2022.
Usually a BMI OF BELOW 35 insurance is the issue.
They go by BMI not so much your actual weight. You could be 6ft tall and 300lbs and be ok vs 5ft 300lbs. All those are factors. Consult with your doctor.
