The reservationist mistakenly booked us for the wrong night's stay. We arrived the next evening - the evening of our actual reservation. They charged us for both nights. The desk host was pleasant, but was probably bound by policy. So although I don't blame the desk attendant, I am unhappy about being charged for an extra night's stay. It was one of the cleanest Day's Inn we've stayed in.

Clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of noise above me and after 2 hours I had to call the front desk.

I stayed for several days just recently. The room was clean, the pool was nice (and stocked with towels to dry off). Staff was friendly. The first couple of days were a busy weekend, so it was a bit loud in the hallway and you could hear thumping and banging above us, but the weekdays were quiet. The breakfast options of cereals, coffee cake, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oranges and apples, as well as juices and coffee was suitable for my friend and I. There is a little freezer with ice creams and frozen foods you can purchase. The location was great for the areas we were visiting, and the price was great. My one suggestion would be to fill in the crack between the ramp and the lot, as it kept catching the luggage cart wheels and almost tipped it.

I have been staying at this hotel when I travel for years and never had a complaint until now, the room was not cleaned very well the microwave and fridge were dirty and the carpet had a strong odor of dog urine. The staff is wonderful and accommodated my switch to a new room.
