Thanks Mike Tomich for the feedback. Windows 10 was licensed on your computer as a legitimate upgrade, the Windows 7 Home key was needed to be inputted and your copy of Windows 10 would have been licensed fine, you should have brought it back to us to assist with this process for no extra charge. The fact that you had Windows 7 put back on the system and you still are not happy with the computers performance has nothing to do with the work we did at CC's. You dislike Windows 10, I do not believe that that is the fault of CC's Computer Services; Windows 10 is the standard in desktop software across the globe and we install it on many computers daily without any issues.
