I've been under the weather so a friend had a pizza ordered for delivery to my house. It was a nice surprise, she said it was quoted for 90 minutes and gave me the estimated delivery time. She requested for it to be left at my door due to me being sick. So I didn't miss it and it get cold I started watching about 25 minutes before delivery. After a long time, 20 minutes past the estimated delivery I politely called for an update. Immediately heard an upset driver stating he left it at the door whole I calmly explained no one has stopped at or near my home. I was told they'd send another, it'd be an hour and they hung up. Uncertain of how they would find my home since they were unable to the first time, I called back to be met with the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. This experience has been awful and left me feeling as though I did something wrong. Kindness goes a long way.

It wasn't bad but I feel a little lied to and like I missed out. Calling to order for the first time, I was smart enough to ask about their mushrooms, we love fresh ones but the canned ones are not for us. So we didn't get any on our pizza …
