Love this coffee shop, the staff is really friendly and nice and the coffee is nothing less than phenomenal (within the context of franchises). However the franchise owner always have Fox News on which is weird to have that in a place of business. People don’t want to hear that negative stuff all the time and if so, it should be optional at there own discretion, that goes for fox or any other news program MSNBC, CNN or others.

Usually a very cheerful environment but the one gal Anne who had been here sometime had really gotten nasty with people. I've witnessed her locking people out of the lobby because she thinks it's to early for patrons to be e entering, telling people in the lobby that they can wait until the drive through line is gone before she can serve them etc. maybe management should hear these employees concerns if being short of help and over worked and they would be so disgruntled. Swearing and yelling at your customers in the parking lot is not a good look..

Asked for a Medium vanilla chai tea latte, they rang up a chai tea with milk. I get to the window and ask if they're adding vanilla, the person shakes their head no. I then ask if they could do that and once again a head shake no. No words or explaination, just some teenager charging me for the wrong thing and not going to do anything helpful about it. A pretty pathetic experience overall. I've been able to order this drink successfully in the past too, so I'm guessing this is just an employee issue, not an availability problem.

Blueberry bagel was moldy, tried calling to let them know and they could check and make sure nobody else get this garbage but of course nobody answers.
