These guys are not cheap but here's the deal - They're good (VERY good) and they back their work up. I've been in the pro audio industry for over 25 years and yes, I do a lot of my own basic bench repair. But when it's beyond my level of technical skill, this is where our gear goes.

This guy wanted to charge me $110 just to look at my Phillips MP3 CD Player/Recorder and worse than that wanted the money up front . I've NEVER payed at a legitimate company up front...........To owner response :You never answered the statement about paying up front .Does this only apply to people of COLOR? Didn't want to go there but your answer told me who you are...

I took an item in for repair on April 11th. I paid a non-refundable bench fee of $110. I didn't hear anything from and finally called on June 1st. They couldn't locate my item and said they would get back to me. I told them I needed the item for an event on June 7th. I received a call on June 3rd saying that it will be an additional $190. I agreed to the price, then received a call on Monday, June 6th that it was ready to pick up. I was then told that I owed an additional $295. I did get angry and used some foul language, something I regret, but that does not excuse them overcharging me $105 above the agreed upon price. *** additional comments to the response by the rainbow electronics representative. I distinctly remember you telling that it would be an additional $190 (about) on the phone. That is why I walked in with $200 instead of $300 in cash. I also suspect you charged me for 3 hours when I'm pretty sure the job should not have taken more than 1 to 1.5 hours. Car dealerships do that with their service department

We won't know until we have a chance to evaluate and determine what is causing the problems. Repairs average about $250 to $350 so you have to take that into consideration on whether it is worth it to you to repair or put the money into buying something used.
I'm no pro, but I'll have a go at trying to track down an answer. Take your record off spin and just use your finger to spin the plate a few times until it cycles.** Came up as a fix. Hope that helps. ;0
Our warranty is 90 days on all repairs.
Hi Phil, we won't be moving for another month to the 7531 location and will post an announcement on our website when we do. For now, our 5800 Madison Avenue location will remain open. Our diagnostic is $95.00 payable at the time the unit is brought in and it will be applied to the final balance.
H Jarwin. No, we don't repair beats. Beats by Dre have a flat rate repair which is less than our shop diagnostic. You need to contact the manufacturer for assistance. https://www.beatsbydre.com/support/service-warranty Thank you.
You could try Caig Deoxit contact cleaner.
Possibly. However, the majority of the portable blue tooth speakers are not feasible to repair as the cost to repair is higher than the cost to replace. Our diagnostic fee is $85.00 payable at the time the unit is brought in. We will call you with an estimate and the fee is applied to the total repair.
They do have a troubleshooting charge of $85 and that is subtracted from the cost of the repair.
No, we don't sell any products. We do repair turntables however. You may want to look on Amazon.
