This is the worst customer service ever! This morning is my first day back to work in months and go to take a shower and no water!no notice and its not the first time. Water has been leaking for days next door and they just put conesup and let it leak. They are supposed to notify customers. Call them and get put on hold for 15 minutes then goes to voicemail.

Live in Oak Grove estates for the past 10 months. Today makes the 3rd time while living here that the whole mobile home park's water has been turned off without notice! No, the manager was NOT notified either. This is a senior citizens park. Some people rely on water for multiple reasons & are not prepared to be without. Citrus Heights' community services is DEPLORABLE in general. They are all complete idiots!

We receive a notice saying that our water bill is past due and we need to pay For our water will be shut off we called in and we were told by an employee that we were paid in full in our balance was a 0 the very next day we received a another bill double to the amount from the original saying that we never paid for it and the conversation ever took place to live I ate headaches we paid for the $ 270 water billThinking that OK we're just figured out later when we A better and more convenient Time the next day our water was shut off they told us that none of our payments went through and now we alway $470 Water bill and had to be paid before 530 after time and time of arguing how much this is bullship we could not take the fact that we did not have any running water in the house we take care Our elderly mother as well as other in need Or DisabledSo we made the payments again because people could not live without water and they told us that our water will be shut off for 6 daysAnd again they said we did not make any paymentsHow we got through this trying time and scandalous disregard for human life by the Citrus Heights water districtWe showed up with our bank statement showing all transactionsAnd was then told That you people are always trying to do thisThis is my very 1st time dealing with this company so where that comment was made I had no idea as we speak Family good at health or elderly or disabled are here waitingTo see what is the come up of this keep in mind we have proof from our bank stating that these bills are paid for Citrus Heights water district made a family suffer for what reasonI don't usually do this but someone told me to put it out thereThat someone is also an employee of Citrus Heights water district who advise me to "on" give them h*** if you're rightI am not in the position nor in the mind state to give anybody h***But this had to be said someone please help

Well, its a beautiful site, But......................., I was in your office at least a month ago at the least, and stepped up to the fellow at the computer, and reported a size able leak of water running down the sidewalk and gutter for at least a month before i reported it. The fellow said he would get right on it, and there is still a sizeable leak running down the sidewalk and the gutter. This leak was accurately described to be on the North West corner of the intersection of Madison and Sunrise Blvd, between the 76 gas station and Habit Hamburger business, about midway. It is most likely an underground sprinkler system, that is trying to make the concrete green rather than the lawn, which is soaked anyway. I'll bet that this leak has cost some 10,000 gallons of lost water? (anyone want to bet??)
