$295.00 dlls only to check my car $900.00 dll to fix it. This morning my car broke down. I find another mechanic and he tell me the Duncan’s mechanics don’t do anything in my car. I’m going to send this people to court.

Quoted me 125.00 dollars to replace left low beam headlamp "in addition to the 1000 dollars for fuel pump and 2 belts" on 2004 Honda civic. I went the parts store and bought one for 20.00 dollars ,opened my hood turned the light bulb pulled it out unplugged it put the new one in . Took me two minutes. Just saying!

I had an 8am smog certificate appointment. Started a little late as there was still some cleaning going on. I was shocked when they had my keys and said I was finished. It passed and they took $20 off my bill using a coupon I did not have. I left and drove straight to AAA to pay for my tags and was first there. At 9am I paid them and was out at 9:10am. Thank you Duncan's Automotive for your kindness and quick service (AAA, too).
