My ion profile turntable needle always tries to return to the cradle instead of playing the record. I can usually 'persuade' it to play eventually. Is it worth fixing/fixable?

I'm no pro, but I'll have a go at trying to track down an answer. Take your record off spin and just use your finger to spin the plate a few times until it cycles.** Came up as a fix. Hope that helps. ;0

Sounds like the tonearm is out of alignment and needs to adjusted. Our shop minimum is $95.00. If this is an ION turntable you may want to look online for how to adjust it yourself since this is an inexpensive turntable.
