Large, clean room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only negative was chemical smell in indoor pool which precluded us using it. Breakfast was good and breakfast area clean and spacious. Would stay here again when back in the area.

Been staying in the New York/Ohio area for the last week in various hotels. Out of the Marriotts I’ve been in, a best western, and another holiday inn, this place was by far the best. Clean, modern, and polished: everything was tight and refined, from the staff to the pristine bathroom. Ambient lighting lining the bed frames and a beautiful view of the forest outside were also pluses. If you’re in the Kirtland area, this is easily the best bang for your buck.

Check-in was smooth and quick. We were recognized as reward members. The room was much better than expected. We require a wheelchair accessible room. This room had plenty of space for my wife to maneuver around. The bath and shower were also excellent with a wheel in shower. We were pleased with the entire experience.

From the time we walked into the door it was a great experience. Young man working the front desk was friendly and pleasant. Room was exceptionally clean and I slept like a baby!!! Morning staff was just as friendly, even showed the young lady working a the beautiful moon that was full and orange... Breakfast was hot and delicious... Will be back again
