Took our cash two separate times without giving us a car wash. Called the support line and now I have to wait 10 days to get my 10$ back.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but I will not be returning here again.

I have been going to the outback for some time now, but last week someone had told me that have wash passes, which would have been more convenient to me. As I purchased the pass, I go to the wash and see yellow duct tape over the QR scanner for the pass and duct tape over the signage mentioning that there are wash passes. I contacted the company that handles the wash and they said they would get back to me since Friday (Feb 4th) and still have not received a refund or respond. Edit (Feb 10th) Andrew had given me a call and rectified the problem. I appreciate the prompt response and processed my refund due to construction.

Very good job for a touchless wash. The use of only water jets and the soap protects against swirls and scratches. Much better than a traditional car wash which uses those industrial brushes that can easily mar paint.
