I’ve come to this location quite a few times over the years, and I’m officially done with them. While the employees are pleasant and friendly, the service and accuracy of the orders are pretty terrible. With that being said, I think this location could make vast improvements with a couple simple upgrades: get a digital drive thru menu board that shows the order as it’s being taken, that way if there’s a miscommunication in the order, it can be corrected on the spot. If that’s not attainable by the owners, then I would suggest having the employees repeat the order back to confirm, as most other drive thru places do. Also, greeting guests in the drive thru with proper etiquette sets the tone that you’re being taken seriously. Some of the younger guys specifically at this location speak as if they’re speaking to their friends outside of work while taking an order. I’ve also ordered while music is being played so loud on their phones in the background that they couldn’t even hear my order, of course messing it up. Hope they turn this place around, otherwise I’ll just stick to Mentor…

The DMV is missing a couple of workers. No personality, could not understand what he said through the intercom. The window was no better - my change was pushed through my window, our Boston cream donuts were put in upside down - most of the chocolate on the bottom of bag, and my large hot coffee extra cream 2 Splenda looks black and no sugar added - Great job. Won’t be coming here ever again - the extra driving time to Mentor or Willoughby will be worth it.

DISRESPECTFULL. I just left Dunkin Donuts on Richmond St, in Painesville. Instead of listening to my concerns, the Spanish lady starts telling me, "your coffee was made correctly and I have had 3 complaints about you." Then I said, " first of all, you didn't even let me speak yet." Long story short, the Spanish lady told me not to come there any more.

Staff was extremely rude, left me sitting in drive thru waiting for my card back after I was told to have a good day, gift card wouldn't scan lady told me to takr it back whetr I got it. You could clearly see there was something on the strip they didnt try to wipe off.
