Not clean. Smell is bad. Concerned about what I might catch. Very sad. Was a wonderful place. Not anymore. Please fix this. I want to continue, but need to consider my health. This is not owned by the same people that did such a wonderful job. .

Manager Lauren Underwood exhibited some of the most disrespectful and atrocious customer service experiences I have ever encountered. For months I have been trying to cancel my membership because Anytime defaulted on their end of the contract. They do not offer the number of classes and equipment in the contract I signed. Gym no longer works for my lifestyle. Lauren was entirely insensitive and proceeded to push repeatedly to extend my membership. I explicitly stated that I will never work out in this establish ever again, I will not take a single class, I have no reason to come back. She was extremely disrespectful in handling my request. She continuously blamed it on "being a new manager". Anytime has failed to hire competent and respectful employees who understand and care about their personnel. I do not recommend a membership here.

Facility isn't what it was. Cardio equipment is worn and in need of repairs or replacement. Much of the equipment is beat and falling apart. Padding is in need of replacement and equipment needs attention, as cables are getting worn out.

Awesome privately owned local gym. The staff treats you like family. The members feel like a happy community all pulling for each other to reach their goals.
