I was there around noon on a week day it was quick service and the transaction was fast. Good customer service experience. It is located in a gated shopping center. The parking lot is cramped when it’s busy. I wouldn’t recommend driving there if your having car problems. 15min parking in front of the store for Auto Zone customers only.

Staff assisted me a month back to install my wiper blades,I didn’t even ask. What a great group of people at the LVT store always helpful doing their jobs and beyond .

Jesus is a LIFE SAVER!!!! I went to the Autozone on Hubbard St (not this location) to buy new headlights & the staff seemed lazy and didn’t want to help me at all. I even offered to slip them some cash to help me but they had every excuse in the book as to why they “couldn’t” or just didn’t want to. I called THIS location & spoke with Jesus. I explained the situation to him & he was more than happy to help me & told me to come on by. He’s gone through so much effort to ensure this got done for me since it was giving him more trouble than he expected. But he tried and he got the job done. Great customer service like this is so hard to come by these days & I’m beyond appreciative for the work ethic of Jesus & the staff at this location!

I went in on Sunday to get spark plugs and wires and the manager April was very knowledgeable and she even went ahead and wrote down the gap size of the spark plugs before I even asked her . Will definitely recommend !
