This 0lace is a hit or miss but considering that fitting rooms are closed because of the pandemic they should be more flexible with their return policy which is only a week I had to just throw away a lot of stuff that didn't fit because of this since I am always working and on my days off I have other errands to run otherwise I would shop there more often and the price is not too cheap compared to other stores.

I been going here for years but stopped lately because of the pandemic and all and I went back today and the fitting rooms were closed. With some items it can look really nice on the hanger but when you try it on your body might not like it as much, so today I had to buy pants I loved but couldn’t try on because of the fitting rooms. I mean if you going to let customers exchange clothing items in 7 days might as well open the fitting rooms so customers won’t lose money. I get it’s just a fitting room but I would of rather save some money and time by just trying them on in store and not going home to try on to just be disappointed and then going to return them to not even get my money back.

Love the clothes, they’re super cute ! The Asian owner might be prejudice or just doesn’t have good customer service. As a woman of color, she seems to follows you around the store making shopping uncomfortable and has an attitude at the register. I won’t be going back to a place where my skin color effects the type of service I will receive. Won’t be in business to much longer with service like that !

I've lived in SFV for 27 years and this has always been one of my family'ss go to clothing stores when we need something quick and cutie. Great selection in women's clothing both in the smaller and larger sizes. The girls are very helpful but not overly pushy.
