Too Bad they dropped the ball all through the middle of this process!! We have another friend who was moving out of California here who suffered the exact same fate as we did. No kidding! The PODS folks on the phone were friendly. The PODS arrived to 'pack up' on time when they said they would. When we tried to adjust the delivery dates by a day or two for the delivery at the new address, The "mypods" website was DOWN....for the next MONTH!!..."500 server error". It did not matter which type of device we tried to log in on (apple, pc, android, chromebook). They all got the same "500 server error" message. When we called, the folks were friendly, they said their system was fine and working properly. When the PODS folks tried to adjust any delivery date on our behalf for "any" of the 4 pods we were using, they now claimed after trying to enter any change (each time, we called on many occasions, same with our friend Greg with his PODS experience) "Oh, there is something wrong, we cannot make any change in the system for your account, we will have to forward this to a level 2 customer service - I.T. system team to fix this problem". That never happened. All the "changes" they manually entered never happened, as they promised on the phone. One POD arrived 2 weeks after they said it would, originally. The folks were nice on the phone, though. All 4 PODS did finally arrive eventually. All arrived intact, no damage. The drivers were nice and arrived within the 'window' PODS said they would arrive in, when they sent us an email the evening before the PODS being dropped off at the old address, or delivered at the new address.

Great company. Drivers are professional and on time. The POD looked Brand New. Easy to order online and you cant track online.

OTR Driver Review: Staff was friendly and got me unloaded very quickly. Pull in and park along the fence to the left. When done you will need the local drivers help in stopping traffic so you can back out of the area across the street.

This was a first time using PODS. We decided to use them because we didn't know exactly where we were moving and knew we were going to have to store our belongings for a while. PODS afforded us this option. We were able to hire a couple of men from Pack & Load to load our POD, who did a fabulous job and were very efficient. We were able to schedule the PODS for when we arrived and didn't have too much time to wait. My only issue is that I've been trying to get a complete accounting of payment due and payments made for the entire move and haven't received what I have requested. But the whole process of picking up, storing and dropping off our items made the move much easier. I would do it again.

Once my pods are picked up and brought to storage can I go to the storage and get something out of my pods

Hi, Buck! Absolutely! You may access your PODS Container as often as needed with no additional charges. Before accessing your Container, you'll need to schedule the visit our Service Center with ample notice (usually 24-48 hours). Container access can be scheduled through Chat or by calling our Service team.

if i rent a 16 foot pod how long can i have it. i'm moving to Arizona in July but i need to be out of the house here in Chatsworth on july 15

You can have the container as long as you want just call Corporate and I'll take good care of you
