No spoilers. We did the Elevator Shaft and it was AWESOME. The place was easy to find and the entrance was so fun! Tim was incredible and we felt so accommodated and welcome. The whole staff was excellent. This was such a good value, I have to say, given the extremely high level of production quality here. They have employed Hollywood level design and attention to detail and it shows. It really is a privilege to get to engage with an experience as good as this was. Ample parking, bathroom, and personal belongings storage. I can’t wait to go back. Edit: I do have to take one star off though for not being colorblind/visually impaired friendly. There was one clue in the room that without 20/20 vision you won’t be able to read. Sorry!

I am a repeated customer, I have done some of their rooms in Vegas and LA. I came back again to repeat a room with my family and they did not let me in with my younger kids. Even with signing the waiver and me knowing that their rooms are not remotely scary or PG13, they didn’t even try to work with us. I was a big fan of this company but they lack customer service.

We played the Elevator Shaft and had an amazing time! It had a good difficulty level, and the room amazing set design and tech elements. The staff was great too. I will definitely be coming back!

From the moment you walk up to the door the game begins, and finding your way into the place is the first challenge… clever! 4 of us tried “the Basement” challenge at THE BASEMENT. We didn’t quite escape, but fun was definitely had! The escape room had a larger setting than I expected, and the actor was definitely a cool addition to the overall experience. I was impressed by the production value, and scope of the attempted escape experience. Overall, we were all impressed by our experience, and we plan to return for additional attempts to escape more challenges in the future!

If you have Groupon, there should be some discounts. Another way is to play and afterwards they give you a discount ticket.
Yes, book in advance! Their rooms are not private so be prepared to play with others. If you do want a private experience, I would book during their early slots and hope no one else books.
Nobody can actually get hurt. It's very safe
30$ per person
You need a reservations. It's around $35 per person that I think it fluctuates especially with deals.
No phones or light emitting devices permitted. In case of emergency there are panic buttons in different parts of the room that you can push and staff will come in. If your not done in 45 minutes then "Game Over".
Every escape room in the USA requires a waiver. It's normal practice. You are in a physical environment with numerous opportunities to file a ridiculous lawsuit against them. For example if you slip and fall.
My extended family went a few years ago and we had someone as young as 12. She loved it, so it wasn't too intense or scary for her. I think the waver Is for 16 or younger. Must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
