We went on Saturday at noon for a buy 1 get 1 appreciation day and for the first time in many years I was impressed. Admittedly it was because of our bartender/server who was superb in her humor and ability to problem solve. We had a $35 Seafood feast and though I usually dislike deep fried shrimp, those were not over breaded and very tasty. Fried lobster over noodles was also quite good. (Lightly breaded lobster to me is better than the other-another anomally. Side note: warmer seas have made lobster very prevalent therefore prices should have fallen but somehow have not, they are being kept artificially high.) What can I say about the biscuits? My take home was stuffed flounder which would have been better eaten warm but that was on me. I think red lobster may have finally taken a turn toward the positive.

Just came in Saturday night and was not all that satisfied with my purchase. I feel like I did not have enough to eat either. The meal didn't fill me up and that's even with an extra side. For the amount of money I expect my food to be good and hot and tasty as well as fill me up. I hate complaining but I have to be honest. The waitress was good aside from not really asking to fill up our drinks, she didn't bring anymore biscuits out either, and I felt as if she were rushing me to leave. This was a special dinner for me and my daughter. And I wasn't happy. Thank you.

Our waitress was nice, but our crab legs came out cold. My husband and I got the ultimate feast. Everything else was good though besides the cold crab legs. It was almost as if they pulled them out of the freezer and put them on a plate. The bathrooms were also gross. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and had a mask laying on the floor which was pretty gross. Also, at the bar there was a customer who was swearing, I had my 6 year old daughter sitting right next to me. At least I got 16$ off of my order I guess for the cold crab legs. The food wasn’t worth the money spent. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Great place , great staff. Food is a little salty for me but I give it a five because the staff was soooooo very friendly 🥰🥰We are glad you enjoyed your meal at our Mentor Red Lobster 🦞 😋 Thanks for your 5 star rating, you're the reason we're America's #1 Seafood Restaurant!

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
