I’ve been a customer for at least ten years and never had an issue before with the store. They always had knowledge employees working there, but after last year (pandemic) I think the store went down Hill. I don’t like shopping there anymore. The store seems empty. New people every time I go, prices are not right. Just not good overall. Salon centric Concord location is kind of far from me but I’m going to start buying my products online from them.

Their supplies are limited, there is no ethnic/natural hair section and their prices seem high for a license only supply store. Example OPI can be found in salons and stores for the same (or better pricing). Same with a lot of the styling products/shampoos/conditioners.

It’s shelves are usually well organized and stocked, however, the personnel can use more in-depth education on product knowledge and customer service.
