Helped me to start an account as I told them I would have further painting needs in the future. Way better than standing in line at Lowes or Home Depot to talk to folks who don't seem to care. Like I said, customer for life now.

Horrible service attitude and unhelpful staff in this store. Had a really bad experience with this store. But I still love the quality of SW paint so I switched to the SW in north concord( on Arnold industrial way). Their staffs are way more friendly and acknowledged. Highly recommend that store.
