Courthouse had many changes due to pandemic. Few employees . Not many people around. I miss our old courthouse with people talking, employees working. Overall it was very clean and employee I talked with made my day

Both parties have to be present with drivers license or birth certificate 18 and over no blood test no waiting period cost is 56 dollars if anyone under 18 must have birth certificate and notarized document of parental consent and 3 day waiting period after application is processed
Too complex a question to answer here. Call the court house, ask for the circuit clerks office and give them a bit of information. They can then point you in the correct direction. It is different depending on the type of problem.
