I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes to drop off 3 bags of clothing/misc. When the person ahead of me drove off nobody came to help me unload..everyone left the area for some reason…finally I got out & unloaded my own stuff & then a man had the nerve to question what was in one of the bags.. I told him there was a crockpot & he pointed to where I should put it. Through the years I have donated LOTS of gently used & even new items with tags still on. This will be my last experience. Evidently donations abound so I’ll find another charity.

I come maybe every other month for food and the staff is very nice. The reason for the 3 star is because almost every time I come I run into someone behind the counter that isn't so nice. I don't know if it's because they're overwhelmed from all the people that come in but, it just ruins me wanting to come back sometimes. Other than that I appreciate the donations and thanks to everyone involved.

Does anyone know if they can help local citizens with a one time a year finacial benefits (rent, utilities etc)? Ive been a victim of fraud and identity theft and have been hacked by someone who has intentionally been trying to sabotage my sons and my growth and abundance and I am not getting the justice from the situation. It seems no one will help....or no one cares and I dont where to turn for help....

I love to go there and if I have the time I will be there Almost every day I found a beautiful stuff and I like the people who work there only One thing surprised me a picture of jesus a Nice picture hinged on the bathroom wall was not a good idea even I am a Muslim Still don't like these picture being in the rest room please move it thank you

Call Catholic charities for the days and hours they are able to do it. It is drive through right now. But they are wonderful and will help. You just have to have identification.
I'm not sure they would but the north east branch has a turn styles right near it and they would. Also, Shawnee community center would take it.

We certainly do. Rent, utilities, prescription assistance, food pantry, predatory lending relief and more. Open tomorrow, so please come by for some groceries!
We provide everything an arriving refugee family needs to begin life in their new home including housewares. Most of those are donated. When items come into one of our donation bays some are sorted out to go to our refugee warehouse, the rest go to the thrift stores. If people struggling with poverty or coming through one of our homeless programs need items, they are often issued vouchers so they can select what they need from our stores.
