Great place. We live in Europe, but used to live in Olathe. Came back to visit and wanted to pick up some baseball gear. Got a pair of catcher leg guards used for a great price. Looked around at a bunch of other gear, but nothing else i needed. Staff was helpful, prices and selection was good.

We ordered a hockey goalie catch glove for our son on the Play It Again website, and it came from the Overland Park store. We were a little confused about the sizing when we received it, so we contacted Bob at the store to see about what to do. He went above and beyond to help us figure everything out, and was extremely understanding and accomodating. We highly recommend Bob's store.

Friendly staff, lots of variety, clean store. Went in to find inspiration for a birthday gift for our son and found several racks of discs- a newly-found hobby for our boy. We were thrilled to have loads of options to choose from. I even bought gently used drill cones and track batons! Grateful to see sports equipment get a second life!

I'm sorry but our store does not buy or sell skate boards. We sell baseball, softball, golf, hockey, fitness, lacrosse, disc golf, pickleball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and a little football.

Play It Again Sports does sharpen and bake hockey skates. New skates bought at our store get baked and sharpened for free the first time. If you buy them new somewhere else, there are fees for the first sharpen and bake.

Play It Again Sports does sharpen skates. However, we don't always have employees on site to do it, so if you are in a hurry and need them sharpened right then, please make sure to call ahead and ask if we can sharpen the skates that day. Thanks.

Chad, we always consider our offers to be fair. Most of our customers agree. Having said that, recognize that we are in business to make money. Let's say a club sold new for $400. If that club's "fair value" for resale is currently $200, then that is what we will plan to sell it for. Our store credit offer will be "about half" of that resale value and our cash offer will be slightly less than the store credit offer. That is the math that works for our business. If that works for you, great. If not, we understand. In your specific case with PXG clubs, I would want to handle that offer personally. Given the uniqueness of the PXG brand, I want to buy them, but I would also want to be conservative on my offer (not every customer is going to be ready to buy PXG's). Thanks, Bob
Our return policy for used items is they can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit (not cash back). This time of year we understand people are buying Christmas gifts so let us know, and we can extend your return time to 7 days after Christmas for store credit.
Yes. Any new seller is required to have a valid drivers license so that we can set up an account for you and track where we buy all of our equipment. It is always a good idea for all adults to carry ID with them at all times. Bob
We do buy golf shoes. If you want to sell yours, please bring them to the store so we can check them out. We would also encourage you to look around the house and bring any other sporting goods or fitness equipment that you want to sell.
Brian, we don't have a batting cage to hit balls. However, you can swing the bats to get the feel of them. Also, if you are worried about the pop in a used bat, used bats are returnable for full store credit within 7 days. That gives you a chance to test it out and make sure everything is great.
