I got stopped for no reason and was subjected to exiting my car like a criminal. I was in an area that was pretty cool at first. The residents had a community garden and pool area. I was tailed for a few blocks when they started the flashing lights to stop me. Gave me a ticket for 3 miles over speed limit which was 25! Later I went to courthouse to fight it. I was mailed a list of rules. No shorts. I wore capris.. didn't say anything about capris. Front desk lady with a snoot said I couldn't come in with capris. Keep in mind I traveled quite far to take care of this. After bantering for a bit she allowed me in. I came before the judge. There were about 50 people coming and going... for tickets! Everyone of them had to pay 300 or more to get dismissed. This is a small area.. very small. They made nearly 10,000 in one evening! Not a pleasant place. DON'T GO THERE. YOU'RE GUILTY BEFORE PROVEN INNOCENT.

I don't know why they have such low rating. The clerk is super nice and thoughtful. She answers all my confused and dumb question with a great attitude and make me feel at ease dealing with my first speeding ticket.

Called at 4:50PM they close at 5PM. Was told to hold and they had me holding for 20 minutes. I finally hung up. She did not want to help me and was ready to go home. Absolutely terrible customer service.
