Just wanting to give a huge shout out to the manager Karan and his wonderful team at this hotel. I work for a company who travels a lot so I am constantly booking hotel rooms all over the United States and this particular hotel has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Karan has made sure that we have had every accommodation needed even during his busy weekends. If you are a company needing rooms for employees I would definitely suggest that you reach out to Karan and stay at this location. We are extremely pleased with the customer service we have received and have absolutely nothing but good things to say. Karan goes out of his way to meet your needs and it is truly appreciated.

NH Measures

When arriving the front desk welcomed me and offered great suggestions for nearby dining. The hotel room was fresh, walking distance to quick bites and the outlet mall was across the street. Dog 🐕 Friendly!

Heading home to Minnesota from Brownsville Tx. Ice warning out so we decided to be safe and call it a day. Checked in to the Northlake LaQunta Night manager said that it was the last room. Great I thought!!! He would not take my AAA card or any type of discount. Because it was the last room. Then he said if I didn't like it I could go next door because they have rooms.!!! Remind you its an ice warning and roads are already slick. Worst service ever. Plus 8:00am breakfast is all gone No workers to but any more out.. I suggest you keep on driving... Or look elsewhere. La Quinta

My experience at this hotel was really great..I got there really late in the morning and the service was as if I went in at 1e noon!! Paula was the woman that served me and she was so sweet,...kinda like she was your grandmother, and everyone knows u r in good hands with your grandmother!!! Then when I saw the room I was in awe at how nice and neat everything was, and it was clean....I'm mean everything was where it was supposed to be.the best part was the breakfast......fresh scrambled eggs and hot sausage with everything u could possibly want to drink with it....it was just great to me and I will be going back to it....hit me up and see for yourself.....I ain't lying.....😀😉
