They should probably just shut this location down. Went today at 7:30 after placing an online order. Got to the window and they tell me they don’t have and mashed potatoes and gravy ?!? I spoke to the manager and he said the district manager makes him shut down the sides station and it was all cleaned for tmrw. How can you not have sides at 7:30pm? He said it was b/c they close at 10:30pm…made no sense. I won’t be back to this site.

Ordered the 3 piece tenders with potatoes/gravy, coke to drink. He asked if I want to upsized; said no. Got to the checkout. Over $10. Asked why,he said tax. Paid then saw they charged to upsize the drink. Then got to work to eat…bigger pieces than last time (they were all crunch, little meat that time). Two of the three strips were not properly cooked. Had to go back; the Mgr replaced the strip, yet, basically threw the bag at me like he was mad I came back. Awful experience. Not a good Popeyes location

Dear Franchise Owner, your management is running your business into the ground. It was 1215, on a Monday, prime lunch hour, the store was not busy at all. Two cars. I stopped by because I needed a quick bite to eat and the drive thru was not busy, so I thought, “this should be quick.” I order a chicken sandwich. Again, it’s a prime lunch hour and they’re not busy. The man at the window who was nice asked me to pull forward because the sandwich was going to take a few minutes. It’s one piece of chicken and two slices of bread. Ten minutes go by & I had to go back to work. So I left, & never got to eat the lunch that I paid for. How is Chick-fil-A faster with 30 people in the line? Seriously, you need to ask yourself that question. Because, I drive by again 5pm, the roads were super busy, however there was no line in your drive thru. There was just one driver who was pulled forward & waiting on their food. Think about what that’s doing to your business. It’s pathetic. At this pace you’ll be out of business in a month and it’ll be the result of complete & utter incompetence.

I was there one day and the dinning room was not open. The next day at drive through I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes with about 6 other cars. No one got to order when I finally gave up and drove to the window I ask if they was taking orders and they said the speaker was broken. I ask why there was no sign and they said a customer ripped it off hours before and they were to buzzy to put up another. But keep in mind dinning in was closed and they weren't taking orders in drive through so I have no idea what they were doing all day. The employee look very unclean and just didn't care. 2 days and no food from this location I can't believe these people have jobs.
