I am a Florida resident; Unfortunately the City of Norfolk Courts mistakenly allowed Tiffany and Tiffany, P.L.L.C to file for garnishment and is garnishing my wages per client (Atlantic Anesthesia, Inc.) and I'v never heard of them. Florida stat; 55.501.Bottom line is that the garnishment on the Virginia judgment does not comply with The Florida Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (FEFJA) which is set forth FS 55.501, et seq. In short, the judgment must be registered with the clerk of the court and recorded in the public records of the County I live in before they can enforce the judgment in Florida. There are procedures required of the clerk to let you know when this happens... These companies are practicing illegal, unlawful, fraudulent procedures to take advantage of anyone for there COVID-19 Scam to benefit themselves. If you find yourself in this situation please contact your local law enforcement and a lawyer right away.

The “security guard” at the entrance allowed some of my possessions to be stolen. In a courthouse....

If I could give 0 stars, you don't want them to answer the phones because they are rude and condescending.

Tax payer funded opulence while Norfolk stuggles in so many other areas. But then again I guess judges need floor to ceiling wooden walls, chandeliers and marble to make their "judments". There is only justice here if you have the money to pay for it. The only thing true here are the revolving doors at the entrance, revolving doors of revenue collection.

They also make u read a list of questions before entering too
Did you get an answer? I was planning to get married to
Yes. All of the courts have moved into one building. District, circuit, and juvenile and domestic are all at 150 st Paul's Blvd.
Yes but your situation must qualify for an annulment. You can ask the clerks office (7th floor circuit), consult an attorney, or research it.
Best bet is MacArthur Mall.
Hmmm do you have a separation agreement? You may want to look online before you go there or pop in and ask the staff there. Good luck
No
Yes, all the courts are in operation.
It must be in the courthouse you was married in.
No you do not. I recently got married on the 20th of August.
You can print out documents or have clerks print them for you, depending on access to those documents. I believe it is roughly 50 cent per page
I had to set an appointment for a passport so it's definitely a possibility.
