Great apartment complex, maintenance people and management! Shout out to especially to Pat and Terry who just mounted my TV free of charge and fixed my fire alarm at 5am. The management is very nice, will give your dogs treats if you go to the main office, Brandy is very nice (miss DeAnna though). The amenities, events, walk in closet, washer/dryer, pet-friendliness, shopping carts are all very worth the price and stay!

We toured 50 Front St. and the staff was very welcoming. While out on tour with Brandy, she introduced us to residents and staff as we passed them in the hallways. She was very knowledgeable of the building and able to address our concerns quickly. The community was beautiful and has a modern feel to it. We got to interact with other residents while out on tour and were able to ask them questions as well which really put our minds at ease hearing from other residents. We are definalty going to be future residents, hopefully have an opening soon.

50 Front St. is a wonderful addition to the Binghamton area. The residents here are amazing as well as all of the staff. It offers wonderful amenites, community events, and people. There is a real sense of community within the building and the staff really cares and is very involved.
