Over all great kid friendly place to stay. In the rooms have refrigerator but the ice maker really didn't work and we asked for ice because there is not ice on each floor but the person wasn't really nice when we asked for some, the kitchen didn't have all it says it says it has. Why I have a 4 star. But again still would come stay again.

A miscommunication about supplies for the pack 'n Play for when we checked in. The breakfast staff helped us with making waffles and getting drinks as we were juggling a toddler before a morning meltdown for food. So, that was a great experience even our little appreciated the extra help. And the staff provide extra care in some requests. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and found lots of restaurants choices down the street getting lost by accident, or my wife needing Starbucks.

EXCELLENT Customer service by hotel staff and beautiful property. Although parking was a long tedious process during our stay because the garage key/enrty wasn't working the hotel staff was kind and patient with a few rude inpatient guests. Will definitely return.

Ghost St Patrick

This had to be the worst Marriott experience in my life.. The hotel lobby smelled like mildew...Went to go check in the front desk attendant was sitting eating a nice fat cheeseburger as if she was in the breakroom... The furniture in the room was very outdated and it also had a terrible smell...Went to lay down and got bit by the biggest bed bug ever! Needless to say I immediately checked out and found something way nicer!!! It's so much more I want to say but ill keep it professional... I don't recommend this place to anyone stay away!!
