We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the walk in shower was a great option over a tub. The front desk staff was nice a d courteous. The breakfast was edible but limited in choices. The eggs were not good.

My room was ready at noon even though I informed the hotel I’d be there by 3pm. Great…nope! - Unpacked my bag to place my clothes in the closet. The door nearly fell on me when I pulled it because I didn’t realize it was off the track and was just leaning on the other door. - Walked into the bathroom to take a shower, and the only hook in the bathroom was removed. There was nowhere to hang your towel. - Got in the shower and the body soap bottle was empty. Luckily I carry a travel bar of soap in my toiletries bag. - Woke up in the morning to make coffee and there were only decaf pods available in my room. No regular coffee. It’s nice that my room was ready at noon but it would be best to run a quality check on the condition of the room and basic amenities before you quickly assign it to a guest. Will not stay here again.

Husband and I booked a stay for my graduation weekend and we were pleased. This hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, and customer service was great. He is unfortunately allergic to pets, so this was a choice well made. Also loved the availability of free complimentary and hot breakfast each morning also. We highly recommend this hotel for others looking for a good experience.

Stayed Tuesday Through Thursday (4-26-4-28) with me and my girlfriend. I called weeks in advanced to add an extra day for Monday on the 25th. However, when we arrived, nothing was changed and I had to pay an extra day and service charge on top of the original stay. Plus the hotel said call IHG but after talking to someone on the phone about the reservations, I was transferred to the hotel. Which was fine and not that big of a deal and everyone was super nice and courteous about everything. But being charged $20, $40, $299.73, $160.32, and $162.84 doesn't amount to a 3 night stay here. I even talked to the GM and other managers about this situation. However, nothing was resolved. I was told the system was "funky" and the $20 and $40 charges would disappear. Does that mean I won't see them again?? But, the hotel looks amazing for being recently renovated and the website needs more updating since certain things there have changed. I called IHG about a refund but that has to be processed from the hotel. I only filed it today after I got back home but still waiting for someone to respond/call me. Whether or not I get my refund back remains to be seen. As well as the other charges. Night, NO REAL SECURITY MEASURES OUTSIDE THE BUILDING)
