Extremely disappointed that we have to wait behind people who are switching phone numbers which takes a lengthy amount of time, just to pick up a router. They should have different people doing different things because not everyone in there is there for a lengthy service. Pickups/drop offs should NEVER take that long. Aside from that, when I set up my plan yesterday I found out the representative added a phone plan on after I specifically said JUST internet multiple times!!! Haven’t even paid one bill with you guys and I already have a bad taste in my mouth.

Recently stopped in here to cancel service after moving, and return equipment. Our associate was prompt and made the process super easy. On the other hand, there was an insane Karen style nutcase in the store at the same time, yelling about how SHE didn't bring her ID and was being refused service. The associates in the store handled this professionally and calmly. I'm sad that these employees, who probably aren't compensated properly, have to deal with this often. I appreciate them handling it the way they did.

Terrible service! Walked in carrying returned equipment . 3 workers , 2 I guess was helping the 1 doing all the work at the register. When The 2 workers got done helping the one at the register that was trying to help everyone they totally ignored me & other customers, opened the door to the back room and disappeared! Rude…..I asked the guy already busy enough if I could just put the returned equipment on the table he said sure I will take care if it. You don’t need the other two should just pay the one working their pay.

Yes, Spectrum only cares about their money and not anything else. I had a lady from Spectrum who lied to me about the channel list just to get me to switch.

I can't find a person either but my roommate always does. I'll have her get on here. She knows a lot about that.
Because their staff is worthless and doesn't actually want to help anyone. I know this from experience after sitting in the store for several hours without being helped and watching how rudely they handle customers.
If you actually want an employee to help you right away, then yes you need an appointment. If you don't mind waiting 3hrs or more, the no appointment is necessary.
How would anyone know? Call Spectrum and ask them.
