The office is modern and very top of their game. My $1100 worth of two extractions and removing excesses bone on my upper gums ....Send me home with ...6 mild pain killers ..A WHOLE 6 PAIN KILLERS . I HAVE 10 STICHES IN MY MOUTH...TWO EXTRACTION...I don't like pills ...but hate pain even more. The office took an hour to cover the pre surgery to get the money straight..But after all my time in the chair .Handed me two prescriptions for antibiotics and the 6 pain killers. They didn't offer any advice on after care or how to take the medications the just handed you right off the printer. After they get your money seems rather evident. Great doctor but am not impressed. Also bought a $350 temporary tooth tray with one tooth in it for cosmetic purposes. Went to rinse under water and the tooth wasn't glued in and went down drain. Over all .. Not really impressed at all.

This has been the worst clinic ever!!! I chose them to do implants had 1 Dr do bottom implants and said they did a bone graph came back in for the top implants and it was suddenly a different dr that came back from retirement he said there was no bone graph done and he did the best he could to place implants a week later metal was falling out of my mouth so I went back they said it was not a big deal and to be patient then after a few months they checked and said no the implants were not stable and I needed an sinus lift bongraph so scheduled that came in the day of my apt to another different dr who said we won't be doing anything today I am buying practice and am not qualified to do what is needed but we will refund you all of the money you have paid if needed so you can go elsewhere to compete the process. Talked to corrine who gave me a referral to an oral surgeon however I had met with them before hiring denture masters and was not going to go there so corrine said that's fine go find a different surgeon and then let us know who and we will talk to them about treatment plan and make arrangements to pay for the procedure. So I left I went to another doctor who is going to fix what they messed up including the infection that has happened because they didn't care about the metal that fell out of my mouth! suddenly they won't pay because I am not going where they sent me dr even said he would get me a gift card and buy me dinner when I was done but they are doing nothing to fix this. They are not staying true to their word and I gave them 20,000 for a full set a have 4 implants no final teeth no viable top implants an about another 20,000 to fix and finish what I paid them to do!! BE AWARE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! I have all conversation recorded and an attorney will help me get money and pain and suffering but please don't put yourself in the situation to go through this!!

I got an implant here and I’m so glad I chose them to do it. This office is a perfect mix of professional and casual. Very clean and modern. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and genuinely seem happy to work here. It’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

THE TEAM AT DENTURE MASTERS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had two teeth break while pregnant, and they took extra care to get me fixed up. Once I had my baby, I came back in and had an implant placed. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't even need any pain medication! The staff is warm and inviting and the clinic doesn't even feel like a dental office. Dr. Ridley and his assistant are nurturing and supportive while the procedure is taking place. They make you forget you are sitting in a dental chair! Vicki and the girls are always there to lend a hug or an ear when needed. The entire crew is genuinely concerned about your situation and how they can help you. They make you feel like part of their family the moment you walk through their door. Thank you again for making something that was extremely difficult for me, such an easy process! You know I'll be back if I need any more work done! I will happily recommend Denture Masters to everyone!
